Shipping will be charged at different rates for UK customers and International delvieries and also dependant on the design - inal shipping costs will be calculated at check out. If you have any questions, or would like to place your order with us personally, email email@example.com UK deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail, recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Overseas will be sent by Airsure. All our pieces are made to order, so please be patient while we create your design. Unless we have a design matching your order in stock within the studio, we endeavor to have pieces finished within 3-8 weeks of your order date depending upon the design. We will inform you once your order is ready for delivery and the item(s) will be shipped within 3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from date of shipping. We shall not be responsible for unpredictable delays. For security reasons online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes. Please note the customer is responsible for all custom charges. Upon delivery, please check that the numbers of boxes are as reported on the document that you are asked to sign, and that the package is not damaged, wet or tampered with in any way. Any damage in the packaging and/or the Product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered, should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier’s delivery documents. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you on delivery of the products; title passes once We have received payment in full for the Products.
Returns & Exchange
We are confident that you will be happy with your Vezzini & Chen piece(s). However, we will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any faulty items within 14 days of dispatch. If you are based in the EU or UK under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, You may cancel a Contract for an order of Products at any time within 14 working days beginning on the day you receive the Product(s). Items purchased outside of the UK can be returned within 21 days of dispatch. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels in tact. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. RETURNS PROCEDURE If you wish to return to Vezzini & Chen please inform us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the Product(s) that you ordered with details of the issue or fault and the order number issued at time of purchase. We will then issue you with a returns number. We will only accept returned pieces with a valid returns number written on the address label or packing label. Wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Vezzini & Chen (please note that Vezzini & Chen is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit). Please use the original packaging to return an item. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate if using the Post Office and arrange necessary compensation cover for the items. Please send your package back to Vezzini & Chen Arch 40, Ermine Mews, Laburnum Street, London E2 8BF. Please note Vezzini & Chen will not be able to refund any items which are lost or damaged in post. Upon inspection of returned goods we will endeavor to process the refund within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment. Any items returned outside of this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of Vezzini & Chen. The customer will also be charged for the process fee. Please note – refunds on sales items and limited edition items are not accepted. Due to the fact that some lighting works are extremely frigile (ex. Close up, Radiolaria) and not suitable for frequently transporting, thus we are not accept to refund on those items. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. NON-UK RETURNS Customers outside the UK will need to make their own returns arrangements through any postal carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and Vezzini & Chen is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.
